1. I have a concern about my order, what’s the easiest way to contact you?

2. I need to change my shipping address, what should I do?

3. Where is my shipping confirmation?
Please allow 24–48 hours for most orders to be processed before receiving your shipping confirmation email. Orders during holidays may be delayed due to high demand. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder.
4. Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
Allow 2–4 days for your order to process and for tracking to update. If tracking does not update after processing, please email us so we can resolve the issue promptly.
5. Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we accept international orders. Please note that shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on your location outside of the United States.
6. What if I want to cancel an order or change my mind?
If you wish to cancel an order or change your mind, please email us within 1–2 days of placing your order.
7. What is your return policy?
